Andrew Prat and Adrian Nikdast are the founders of Southern City Farm, which is bringing local, sustainably grown produce to chefs and markets throughout the city of New Orleans. In a climate controlled, urban farm facility we grow over 40 varieties of microgreens, herbs, sprouts, and edible flowers. Our growing facility is so close to the partner establishments that we are able to deliver fresher produce that is also more flavorful compared to traditionally grown greens.
