Microgreens & Shoots

Microgreens are the first stages of greens, vegetables, and herbs. We grow our micro-greens in a 1-3 week period in a climate controlled facility. Harvesting at such an early stage guarantees your produce is packed with flavor and nutrition.

Amaranth

Beautiful, purple color - mild in flavor. Serve amaranth as a base green for an interesting presentation with strong ingredient flavors like proteins, aged cheeses, dried fruits, and toasted nuts. 

Arugula

A mild, nutty, peppery flavor that's great in european-style salads. The flavor holds up with cheeses and dried nuts. 

Micro Basil, Lemon

A unique blend of lemon citrus and spicy basil with notes of pine. This is a showpiece green with its own flavor profile that compliments fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, corn, green beans, and asparagus.

A sweet basil with exceptionally fruity, melon flavors. This one works well with cured meats and sugary root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, and desserts.

Carrot

An intense, slightly bitter carrot that mixes well with less potent greens, complimenting fresh garden vegetables. 

Celery

Cilantro

Add distinct, bold flavor with a hint of pepper and a bright aroma to garnish over fishes or curry dishes.

Cress, Curled

A versatile green with a strong, peppery flavor that goes well with sandwiches or appetizers that need a subtle spice.

Pea Shoots

One of our most versatile greens - pea flavored and crunchy. Used best raw in juices, salads, or as a garnish with starches, meats, or soups. Sauté with vegetables or sides.

Nasturtium

This peppery plant makes for an interesting base to a salad, but also looks great on a pizza or a sandwich in place of arugula.
