As a chef in New Orleans, I’m always looking for great ingredients, Southern City Farm provides that for me. I like to support small, local businesses. This local business grows great micro greens for my menus. The herbs add a special taste and look to my dishes. From sandwiches to amuse bouche, these little greens add big flavor and look great on a dish. The guys are very helpful and dependable for all of my micro-green needs.
