landscape architecture
Southern City Farm provides landscape architecture and landscape design services for homeowners throughout New Orleans, Metairie, Lakeview, Uptown, the Westbank, Belle Chasse, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to create outdoor spaces that look beautiful, function well, and thrive in South Louisiana’s unique climate.
Every property is different. We design landscapes around the architecture of your home, the way you use your outdoor space, existing site conditions, drainage, sun exposure, and long-term maintenance needs. From complete landscape renovations to gardens, patios, planting plans, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and outdoor living spaces, our designs bring each element together into one cohesive plan.
Our landscape architecture process combines creative design with practical knowledge of construction, horticulture, water management, and plant selection. We focus on choosing materials and plants that fit the property and perform well in New Orleans conditions, helping create landscapes that mature beautifully instead of becoming difficult to maintain.
As a full-service landscape company, Southern City Farm can take a project from the initial landscape design through installation and ongoing garden maintenance. Whether you are renovating an established garden, improving a newly built home, or planning a complete outdoor transformation, we create thoughtful landscapes designed specifically for your property, your style, and the South Louisiana environment.
